Description

Finance Controller takes charge of the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial success and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
   • Provide timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads.
   • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

3. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
   • Provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.

4. Internal Controls and Compliance:

   • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

5. Cash Management:

   • Manage cash flow to meet the organization’s needs.
   • Optimize cash management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

   • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
   • Develop and maintain a high-performing finance team.

Profile

This role is based in Bali and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in a MNC business with matrix structure. We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.

• Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 5 – 7 years of working experience in similar roles
• Familiar with SAP
• You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• Business level of English language
