Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update financial databases.
  • Process financial transactions and invoices.

  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders.
  • Support the finance department with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
