Job Location: Bali

Job Descriptions

  • Supervise the finance and accounting for the Asia Pacific region
  • Actively coordinate with the HQ in France, Hongkong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia accounting firms the daily tasks
  • Prepare and follow up the cash flow for each entity
  • Follow up the financial dashboard and monthly reporting
  • Review monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reviewing payments and process with payment
  • Review and analyze the financial statements
  • Review the tax reports for each country every month
  • Manage annual audit process and preparation of statutory reporting in compliance with local accounting standards
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders such as insurance companies and banks
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Other responsibilities include but are not limited to participating in ad hoc projects and system enhancements as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA).
  • At least 7-10 years of regional experience in an international company or international audit firm
  • Experience as office manager
  • Good IT skills, well versed in Excel
  • XERO knowledge is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on and committed individual with strong communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and good attention to details
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to maintain financial accuracy while meeting tight timeline
  • Fluent English and Indonesian, French, or another Asian language would be a plus.
