Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance and Accounting Staff ( English Speaker ) di kantor PT. ARIS KEEP GOING untuk daerah Jakarta Utara & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 8.100.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Maximum 28 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from
    Reputable University.
  3. Proficiency in English is a must.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
    standards.
  5. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
  6. Prefer experienced candidate from Smartphone Company Industry
    more than 2 Years.
  7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  8. Strong Analytical Thinking, Detail Orientation, strong Communication
    Skills, Good Team work.
  9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced
    environment.
  11. Hardworking person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible, and
    good personality.
  12. Willing to work overtime when required.
  13. Will be placed in Head Office Jakarta ( PIK, North Jakarta )

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Creating sales invoice and tax invoice.
  2. Assist in daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
  3. Creating Record details of Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursement the amount of Cash Deposit.
  4. Prepares and Records Asset, Liability, Revenue, and Expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized financial records, invoices, and receipts.
  6. Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly.
  7. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under the
    guidance of senior team members.
  8. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
