Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER di kantor PT Showty Global International untuk daerah Jakarta Barat & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Manajer & Kontroler Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
  2. Make financial planning, Consolidated Financial Statements, cost accounting, Cash flow planning, profit & loss.
  3. Prepare, monitor, analyze and evaluate accounting data and produce financial reports or statements such as journal entry, general ledger and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow and Statement of Changes in Equity). 
  4. Manage and perform all daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly operations related to finance, accounting and tax matters and report to the director and/or president director. 
  5. Prepare and manage all payment transactions such as receiving and classifying invoices, applying payment request to directors, confirming receipts or evidences of payments, transferring money through bank transfer or cash, managing petty cash. 
  6. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  7. prepare and manage all necessary monthly and yearly tax filing including WHT 21, 22, 23, 4(2), 26, 25/29, VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing documents and personal income tax for all staffs including expatriates with supports by the tax advisor.
  8. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles and incorporate them into Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which include financial accounting, cost accounting, tax filling, order receiving. 
  9. Cooperate with HRD manager to calculate salary including overtime for all local staffs and prepare payroll for all staffs including expatriates.  
  10. Cooperate with directors and/or management to prepare an annual budget plan and monthly expenditure reports. 
  11. Analytical review of financial matter, Predicting future financial trends, providing advice how to company and future business decisions might be impacted, Developing long term business plans based on these reports, Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.

REQUIRMENT:

  1. Bachelor degree major in Accounting from reputable university.
  2. Experience minimal 5 years as Finance and Accounting.
  3. Good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax Filing (preferably have Tax Brevet A&B).
  4. Preferably public accounting firm experience.
  5. Deep understanding cost accounting, G / L, Finance Report / Statement, AP & AR. 
  6. Experienced in handling financial planning & budgeting, accounting control, cash flow management and tax control. 
  7. Expertise to create Consolidated Financial Statements, Cost Accounting, tax report and another report regarding finance, accounting & tax.
  8. Computer literated ( MS Office, accounting and finance software ).
  9. Have a good work ethic, fast learning, Possess high level integrity and able to work under pressure.
  10. Have the spirit of a leader, thorough, honest, disciplined, firm, detail oriented and responsible.
  11. Excellent communication skills and Good at doing presentation.
  12. Self-motivated & Strong endurance.
  13. Good at logical & critical thinking.
