Finance and Accounting Executive

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT. Fohoway International Indonesia is an International Company engaged in the Health sector as a Finance and Accounting Executive. In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible as a Finance and Accounting Executive, building strong relationships with the Team and the Company.

Qualifications & Experience.

1. Min. S1 Accounting, Finance, Economics

2. Min. 3 years experience in the same position

3. Intermediate level of English

4. Have knowledge and understand E-SPT, PPh, PPN, Tax Risk

5. Have the ability to manage financial reports according to procedures and deadlines

Tasks & responsibilities

– Create and Analyze Financial Reports (Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet)

– Create Monthly & Annual Budgeting Reports (Forecast VS Realization) & Analyze branch operational costs that are over budget

– Check the Cashier’s Daily Report (Cash & Bank Report) every day – Check & create Daily Sales Reports addressed to the Regional Office

– Perform tax reconciliations including Input VAT, Output VAT, Income Tax Article 21, Income Tax Article 23, Income Tax Article 4 Paragraph 2 & bank reconciliations at the end of each month

– Create a Journal Memo Charge and depreciation journal every month

– Create Balance Sheet Details, cash reconciliation & perform monthly closings at the end of each month – Check operational cost attachments (proof of cash expenditure) & approve as a condition for the release of company cash/petty cash

– Check & monitor transfers (incoming money) at the bank & giro disbursements (Make sure the writing of the Giro/Check is correct)

– Check and verify the validity of the attachment of proof of cash receipt & proof of cash expenditure (Receipt + Original Note + Tax Invoice)

– Control & Supervise all operational activities in accordance with SOP
