Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance & Administration Manager di perusahaan PT Medidata Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

  • Lead and responsible to manage day to day financial operations of the finance team

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable and payables

  • Prepare monthly management reports on a timely basis

  • Manage all accounting report function, consist of annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, audit and tax etc.

  • Review Inter-company transactions, reconciliation, and month-end schedules

  • Monitor and manage company’s cashflow

  • Review monthly indirect tax reporting and submission

  • Liaise with external auditor and tax agent for annual tax compliance

  • Monitor and streamline the company internal control policies and guidelines

  • Review business/finance analysis which includes revenue and expense tracking

  • Streamline and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Business units heads to develop and monitor financial plans

  • Review Sales contract together with Legal team to ensure rights and obligations are well achieved

  • Support office general administration matters

  • Other ad-hoc assignments

Job Qualification

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. Advanced degree MBA, CPA or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with Big4 Background is a PLUS

  • Accounting hands-on knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Experience with enterprise accounting software, and Microsoft office suite. (Working Experience with Oracle NetSuite system will be advantageous)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls and audit processes (e.g. procurement, local contract agreements, etc.)

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet specific timelines

  • Possesses excellent communications and personnel management skills and who can relate to people at all levels of an organization

  • High ethical standards and appropriate professional image

  • Fluency in English is required
