Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Admin Staff di perusahaan PT Reeracoen Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk syarat yang kami inginkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.000.000.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Crosscheck cash flow, GL Accounting, and balance sheet
  • Reconcile all bank statements (update daily balance of bank account)
  • Create, print, and send sales invoices and tax invoices
  • Prepare required document of daily banking transaction
  • Collect the proof of payment from the customer
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Collect the proof of payment from the customer
  • Monitoring, following up, and scheduling payment
  • Prepare cash advance and reimbursement
  • Manage account receivable (AR) and sales record
  • Assist in the daily monitoring of incoming fund
  • File and scan documents, support operational needs related to finance
  • Arranges business trips for directors and employees
  • Manage office procurement needs, inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies
  • Support for office maintenance and renovation process
  • Manage and oversee the company car operations
  • Support for other stuff such as working permit, car and driver, housing, and other facilities

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work experience in Finance Accounting for a minimum of 1 year
  • Able and understand to operate internet banking and manual transaction in the bank
  • Knowledge of XERO, MYOB, Accurate, or Zahir is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of Accounting & Finance Regulation
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc)
  • Familiar with budget & cash flow preparation
  • Have good analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill, and high motivation
  • Able to work cooperatively with expatriates under pressure and tight deadline
  • Preferable have an experience in auditing Finance, Accounting, and Tax in the company
  • Strong communication skills and detail-high accuracy in number or data
