About the role

PT. RJGF International Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Admin to join our team in Jakarta. As our Finance Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and reporting for our dynamic organisation. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our fast-paced and innovative company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts payable/receivable

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts

  • Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash

  • Providing administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies

  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance administrative role, preferably within the accounting and financial reporting domain

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
