Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Accountinng and Tax Supervisor di kantor PT Talenta Guna Nusantara untuk daerah Jakarta Timur atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan syarat yang perusahaan inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

  1. Responsibility to control Journal on SAP system
  2. Responsibility to Check Invoice, Tax Invoice and calculate tax before send to finance
  3. Responsibility to assist Budget, Forecasting, Monthly Closing, Yearly Closing, Financial Audit, Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, TPDoc Preparation
  4. Responsibility check Bank Reconcile every Month, Responsibility to check Cash Opname.
  5. Responsibility to check All Transaction Finance so that the data is in accordance with the system.
  6. Responsibility to control Fixed Asset and Depreciation, input Additional Fixed Asset, Responsibility to report Tax WHT 23, WHT 21,VAT monthly, reporting KPPK to Bank Indonesia, Reporting ULN to Bank Indonesia, Reporting LLB to Bank Indonesia.
  7. And Intercompany Reconciliation, Foreign currency Transaction and negotiation, ensure that the invoice data to be paid is correct, such as: Bank Account, Company Name, Remitten Bank, Process Tax Payment, Utility Payment, Responsibility to create Bank Reconcile and make sure same balance with the system and Account Statement Bank.
  8. Make the cash flow report.
  9. Assist to financial Audit.
  10. Responsibility to control AP and AR, Setlement for incoming and outgoing.L/C Payment, Forward, and intercompany reconciliation.

Requirements:

  1. Understand and be able to analyze Financial Statements
  2. Understand the production process and cost accounting in manufacturing companies
  3. Have experience in using SAP
  4. Have Brevet A and B certificates
  5. Understand the international taxation (Tp Doc/Transfer Pricing Document, MAP or APA)
  6. Understand the tax audit process
  7. Understand external auditing
  8. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting department
