The group’s investment portfolio includes over 1,000 managed and contracted hotels, spread across major tourist and business centers worldwide, with a total of over 160,000 rooms.

Job Description :

1. Accounting & Tax Staff: 

• Tax calculation, compliance, and reporting.
• Monitor & maintenance daily book keeping & general ledger.
• Monitor & analyze accounting data, inventory management, produce financial and payment report.
• Provide an ensure all tax calculation, compliance, and reporting with relevant regulations, ensuring accurancy and completeness.
• Prepare and process electronic transfer, checks, and payment

2. Finance Staff

• Manage the cashflow and controlling petty cash.
• Do the internet banking payment submission & payment document verification.
• Support the preparation of balance sheet and income statements.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

3. AR & AP Staff

• Efficiently and accurately perform account receivable tasks.
• Generate account statements, maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Receive, review, and verification of payment documents for accurancy and completeness. 
• Monitoring incoming bills, tracking all the payment schedule before  submit to finance.
• Recording all transaction and ensuring all payments comply with company policies.
• Organize all record of expenditure, reports, contract, and other documents.
• Ensure compliance on invoice processing that all bills and payment are accounted for and properly posted.
• Monitoring Account Receivable & Payable aging reports.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in finance, accounting & tax.
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experience in handling corporate taxes (e.g., VAT/GST, and payroll taxes), Have a brevet A & B Certificate is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using accounting and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
