Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Position Overview:

As the Finance Accounting Tax Manager at PT Pelita Abadi Sentosa, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and tax-related functions. You will play a key role in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Age 30-45 y/o
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus).
  • Have Brevet A and B certification.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Accounting Tax Manager in a chemical industry or a related field, with at least 5 years of successful financial management and tax experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in foreign language (English/Korean/Japanese)
  • Preferably for those residing in the Tangerang area
