Requirement:
– A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university.
– Holding Brevet A and B certificates.
– At least have experience in public accountant and or 8 years’ experience in accounting and taxation with 3 years in a managerial position.
– Strong understanding of current tax regulations and financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
– Holding a CA and or CPA certification (will be an advantage)
– Sharp analytical skills, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
– Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian and English

Job Description:

– Manage and oversee the entire accounting process of the company, including monthly and annual financial statements.
– Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting in accordance with applicable laws.
– Supervise AP team for booking of all obligations for completeness, verify, and validate data and documents for invoices from Suppliers approaching the due date before making payments.
– Supervise and direct funds management to fulfill day to day financial obligations.
– Supervise AR team for booking of Revenue for completeness and monitor trade receivables that are overdue for collection by the collection team.
– Maintain good relationships with Banks for competitive borrowing and engage in negotiations related to foreign currency exchange rates.
– Provide strategic analysis and recommendations related to financial and tax aspects.
– Responsible for providing data and documents to the tax authorities during SP2DK and Tax Audits.
– Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and ensure the smooth process of the audit.
– Manage the finance, accounting, and tax team to achieve organizational goals.
– Improve systems, procedures and Initiate corrective actions through proper accounting methods and policies enforcement.
