FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX HEAD

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting
• Prepare, create, reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
• Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide input in making business decisions, for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions
• Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company.
• Plan, coordinate and control the company’s cash flow, account balances, receivables and payables
• Calculate the Salary
• Keep company document Actuary, Insurance, etc
• Manage accounting system properly & manage corporate tax matter properly
• Producing financial reports and reporting to management and stakeholders, include providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
• Carrying out tax functions to control planning, reporting and fulfilment of tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Carry out the function of monitoring financial transactions to ensure that all financial processes and transactions are carried out in accordance with company SOPs
• Analysis for review costing product from department marketing
• Understanding about system inventory control.

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
• Have at least 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager and have worked in the manufacturing industry
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Able to speak English, spoken and written.
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
• Thorough, honest, disciplined and systematic in work.
• Able to work in a team, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines
• Understand of budgeting, short and long term
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of financial theory, practice and regulation.
• Budget planning and forecasting skills
• Leadership skills
• Proficiency with financial software (System Accuracy)
• Having strong attention to detail and completeness of financial information is critical.

FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for all A/R, A/P, Tax and General Ledger transactions
• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Manage company cash flow as a whole (payments, money transfers, bank deposits, etc.).
• Implement and ensure internal financial recording in accordance with accounting provisions and procedures.
• Create financial reports for budget purposes and conduct regular analysis.
• Participate in regular tax audits and payroll.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
• Ensure compliance with the law

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS :

• Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Experience in handling finance and accounting for at least 5 years as Staff or 2 years as Supervisor.
• Have good communication and numerical skills.
• Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office).
• Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Thorough, honest, disciplined and systematic in work.
• Able to work in a team, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to finance, accounting. Taxation and budget, short and long term.
• Understanding of Financial Accounting Standards
• Understanding of Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia regulations
• Understanding of the preparation of financial report analysis
• Leadership skills
• Mastering Microsoft Office,
• Proficiency with financial software (System Accuracy)
• Able to communicate using passive English
