Job Description :

• Administering cash flow by tracking the transactions and reviewing the internal report regularly.
• Ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded, archived, and reported
• Inspecting all financial data and report accurately.
• Establishing and applying financial reporting system to adjust Government’s provision.
• Creating a system to prevent errors in data collection and calculation.
• Reviewing all financial budget and plan regularly to operate cost reduction.
• Developing company’s financial budget and plan based on research and data report
• Supervising all company’s accounts and investment.
• Creating quarterly report to identify financial result, trend, and forecast. 
• Reporting accurate financial information to Directors in time.
• Assisting Directors in presenting reports to Senior Executive, Stakeholder, and Board member.
• Collaborating with audit service providers to ensure the exact compliance with all policies.
• Supervising and managing financial department’s employees including accountant and finance assistant.
• Suggesting updates and fixes for accounting system, including payroll and facture.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree on Accounting or Finance.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field.
• Have experience as a coordinator or team leader.
• Have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific or research reports in the field of Finance.
• Have the ability to use mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, and econometrics.
• Have good reasoning and root cause analysis.
• Have strong interpersonal skills along with good negotiation skills.
• Candidates can communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Have experience coordinating with external organizations, including Government agencies.
• Have the ability to protect and handle confidential the company’s information.
• Have integrity, leadership, and managerial skills.
• Have good entrepreneur and profit-oriented sense.
• Candidates must be in good physical and mental health.
• Willing to work in Salatiga.
