About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our team at PT Organik Sehat Alami’, a dynamic and fast-growing company in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and analysis to support the company’s strategic decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and other ad-hoc financial analysis as required

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proactive, adaptable, and driven to contribute to the company’s growth and success
