Job Purpose

The Finance and Accounting Supervisor (Kendal Placement) is responsible for managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The Supervisor ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements and prepares financial analyses for all stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance & Accounting department
Prepare the company’s financial reports periodically
Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Control the use of the budget to ensure the use of funds effectively and efficiently in supporting the company’s operational activities
Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger
Monitor to ensure that all daily accounting records are accurate and up-to-date
Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate.
Check and record all payment vouchers and make sure the journal and expenses are posted on the proper post
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in or above in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation
Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Understand the financial, accounting, costing, inventory , tax systems and report properly
Understand the AR flow from invoices, tax invoices, returns notes, and reports on sales or accounts receivable, up to the payment process
Understand the flow of AP starting from the exchange of invoices to debt reports and the purchase of return notes
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to using SAP System
Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
