About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Central Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting functions for the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support key business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing accurate and on-time reporting for Financial Statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

  • Ensuring completeness, accuracy and efficiency of documents for all A/R, A/P, Tax and General Ledger transactions

  • Preparing tax reconciliation and ensure Monthly and Annual SPT reporting goes well dan on time.

  • Assisting in tax compliance, annual external audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitoring and analysing financial data to identify trends and potential issues

  • Providing support and collaborating with either internal & external departments

  • Providing work guidance and team supervision as well as ensuring and checking such as Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Billing documents are accurate and inputted on time.

  • Other related tasks

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

  • Minimum 5 years of experience and have a deep understanding in accounting, finance, and tax 

  • Familiar with MYOB Accounting Software and Coretax application

  • Proficient with PPH 21,23,25,29,4(2), VAT

  • Detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work well under pressure

  • Strong in leadership, High integrity, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Only short-listed qualified candidates will be notified and interviewed onsite at our office. (Central Jakarta)
