– Mastering all Account Receivable and Account Payable activities

– Ensuring bills are received and supporting documents are paid before being processed for payment and authorization of payments made based on existing supporting documents.

– Checking and recording invoice payments received on a daily basis into the system.

– Perform reconciliation of existing receivables and related bank reconciliations.

– Perform monthly and/or yearly financial statement closing processes by providing accurate data regarding customer lists, invoices, and aging or other data for monthly and/or annual financial reporting needs for both internal and/or external purposes.

– Prepare and/or support ad-hoc reports required within the Company.

– Check and ensure that the records of the Company’s existing assets are appropriate, including prepaid rent by the Company, inventories, as well as fixed assets in the form of buildings, vehicles, machinery, and others.

Requirements:

– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

– Minimum 3 years experience in finance

– Mastering MS Office

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and strong multi-tasking skills

– Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.

– Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.

– High levels of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

– Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
