Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF di perusahaan PT Hsing Loong Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi & Pelaporan Finansial (Akuntansi) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Duties & Responsibility :

Checking invoice/billing (include the supporting docs) from vendor & sub contractor
Checking petty cash project claim
Input data & transactions into the accounting system
Prepare payment document
Prepare & submit the invoice to the clients
Perform bank reconciliation, general ledger and taxes (WHT & VAT)
Prepare monthly & annual tax payment & report
Prepare monthly Financial report and statement
Handling for external audit process
Maintain communication with bank, client and vendor

Qualifications :

25 – 33 years old
At lasted bachelor degree in Economy, majoring Accounting
Having experience at the similiar position, min. 1 year (preferably have experience in the construction sector)
Understand Indonesian accounting & tax regulation
Able to operate computer literature, able to use Microsoft excel
Strong interpersonal skill, strong in numeracy and analytical skills
Good command of English (understand Mandarin would be an advantage)
Team oriented, attentive to detail, hard worker, independent
Work Location at Harmoni, Central of Jakarta
