Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance & Accounting Manager di perusahaan PT Baruna Realty (Greenwoods Group) untuk kota/kab Bali, Jakarta Raya, Bekasi, Cileungsi & Semarang atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Planning, budgeting, organizing, and controlling Finance, Accounting and Tax section.
Provide financial reports and interprate financial information
Managing and overseeing daily operation activities of the financial
Prepare all tax papers and handle all information data request
Ensure tax compliance with tax regulation for all taxes
Oversee and manage general Finance & Accounting functions
Prepare annual financial statement and budget reports.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in supervisory role or managerial level.
Experience in Property/Developer/Real Estate are preferred
Excellent knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting, cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast
Having Tax Brevet A & B preferable
Have a good leadership and strong analytic in financial management
Placement Jabodetabek, Jateng, Bali
