Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to lead financial strategy, oversee costing and inventory, and manage compliance in their fast-growing, innovative company. Description

• Financial Leadership: Manage all finance functions, including accurate financial reporting, P&L analysis, and monitoring of cash flow to support company growth.
• Costing & Inventory Control: Oversee product costing, manage inventory accounting, and ensure efficient cost-of-goods reporting that supports our pricing and production strategies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for factory operations, tracking expenses to align with annual and quarterly goals.
• AP/AR Management: Oversee the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring strong cash cycles and timely collections.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and manage tax filings in coordination with external consultants, ensuring full compliance and timely submissions.

Profile

This role is based in Bali and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 5 years in a finance leadership role ideally within FMCG, with in-depth knowledge of COGS and inventory management
• You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• Proficient in ERP systems, with hands-on involvement in system migration or implementation projects
