PT. Karawang Outlet Mall is a joint Venture Company between Tuan Sing Holdings Limited and Mitsubishi Estate Group, envisioned to provide a world-class shopping destination where visitors can revel in retail therapy set in green urban spaces; and fully owned The Grand Outlet – East Jakarta.

Finance & Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting activities including payments and receipts, billings, and expenditures. Ensure proper accounting and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly interest computation and monthly journals for bank loans, fixed deposits and etc.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and other reports. Perform monthly reconciliations and analytical reviews.
• Prepare and compile budgets and projections report and analysis.
• Prepare weekly cash flows reports and advise on any funding requirements.
• To administer the loan documentations bank advice / supporting documents for loans and interest payments, dividend payments etc.
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and liaison with external auditors.
• Review work processes to ensure compliance with Policy & Procedures and liaison with internal auditors.
• Prepare monthly (WHTs and VAT) and annual tax computation and ensure the tax reports are submit according to the timeline.
• Provide assistance and support to any ad hoc projects.

Qualification :

• Degree in Accounting (S1 / S2) with minimum 5 years of experience on related position.
• Good knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standards Tax regulations, WHT, VAT, Annual Tax Return, etc.
• Certified Brevet A B C are preferable.
• Experienced handling accounts in property management business, ie. retail, leasing of commercial spaces is important.
• Dedicated and target oriented.
• Excellent in analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good personality, able to communicate proficiently and effectively with all levels.

Full time position based in Grand Outlet Mall Karawang.

Five days work a week, Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm.
