Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager di perusahaan PT Principia Management Group untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Qualifications

The candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Accounting Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably has experience as external auditor from reputable public accountant firm.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles, standards, and practices, mainly PSAK.
  • Knowledgeable in local taxation regulations.
  • Good mix of financial management, planning, analytical skill, co-ordination skills and understanding of internal controls & processes.
  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Creative thinker who possesses the ability to simplify processes to add value.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.   

Key Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to work as a team, to supervise a team and work independently based on the tasks to be assigned, with the following key responsibilities:

FINANCE

  • Ensure day to day operation relating to invoicing, payments and disbursement in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Ensure banking process and administration are manageable
  • Prepare necessary agreement as required.
  • Understand withholding tax impact to each type of invoice for accurate payments.

ACCOUNTING

  • Responsible in all aspecs of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivables, petty cash, billings, bank reconciliation, loans, taxation and balance sheet reconciliation, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of day-to-day bookkeeping and administration.
  • Ensure all accounting records and filings are maintained in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • Responsible with month-end, year-end closings and supporting the supervisor in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance and accounting department.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts and accounting data as requested.
  • Ensure that financial controls are in place and monitored appropriately in light of current business needs, risks and corporate governance requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditor to ensure timely completion of annual audit process.

TAX

  • Liaise and collaborate with tax consultant to ensure compliance with tax regulations including appropriate submission of monthly and annual tax return.
  • Able to address tax implication in every transaction and give recommendation for resolving it.
