Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting records and transactions.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of financial forecasts.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Cost Management:

• Analyze and manage project and operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.

Internal Controls:

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Continuously review and improve accounting processes and procedures.

Systems Management:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software.
• Ensure the integration of financial systems with other business systems to enhance reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Preference for candidates with experience with international companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
