Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1.    Ruang Lingkup (Position Scope):

• Ensure the company in compliance with corporate and statutory requirements and well maintained in healthy financial position with business growth
• Establish effective financial system and policy, and monitoring accounting & cost control processes

2.    Tugas dan Tanggungjawab / Tugas Utama (Tasks and Responsibilities / Main Activities)

•  Directs and manages the financial programs and supporting information systems of the business, to include budgeting, receipt of revenue, expenditure of funds, and conservation of assets.
• Ensure the timely reporting of monthly financial results and rolling forecasts to the regional office
• Oversees the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, department budgets, and the maintenance of accounts and ledgers, ensuring compliance with appropriate government regulations and policies, and ensuring maintenance of appropriate internal control safeguards.
• Establishes and maintains financial records systems in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Coordinates the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports; presents recommendations for programmatic and fiscal changes to management.
• Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates finance staff to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.
• Develops and directs the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems, as appropriate to the objectives of the business.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.    
• Support the implementation of ISO14001, ISO 9001

3.    Kriteria Utama / Syarat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman (Key Selection Criteria / Education and Experience Requirements):

• Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification
• Age maximum 40 years
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing at same field
• High integrity, analytical, good interpersonal skills, strong business and high level of drive
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Indonesian and English. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
