Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Finance Account Receivable Supervisor di perusahaan PT. Majoo Teknologi Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as Account Receivable
  • Proven experience in SaaS, startup, e-commerce, or technological company will be preferred
  • Capable of performing Financial Report closing
  • Strong understanding in Finance & Accounting
  • Highly proactive and willing to take extra miles in executing responsibilities
  • Sharp attention to details while maintaining considerable speed in execution
  • Passion and enthusiasm in finance & accounting will encourage you in facing daily challenges in this position
  • Satisfactory leadership skill that fits our internal culture
  • High in agreeableness, shown through pleasant communication style

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
  • Familiar with accounting software, Oracle Netsuite will be preferred

Job Description

  • Supervising and managing Account Receivable Accounting team
  • Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and productivity of the account receivable function
  • Ensuring all incoming funds to the company can be accounted for and properly documented both daily and monthly
  • Managing all acounting receivables and incoming payments is aligned with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and storing accounts receivable data
  • Performing reconciliation based on data/records of merchant’s settlement daily and weekly
  • Collaborating with Sales team related to Revenue
  • Processing sales reports and conducting closing the Account Receivable
  • Ensuring accurate and timely closing reports
  • As a key person in issues related to accounts receivable transactions
