Play a key role in on time delivery to customers

As a Field Specialist, you’ll coordinate and oversee work at field site to provide quality service to customers. You’ll work on job design, execution, and follow-up activities to plan for crew instruction and equipment usage. You’ll coordinate on next job equipment preparation and evaluate individual performance levels of crew and trains operators.

As a Field Specialist – Slickline, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting onsite at workshop and off-site at wellsite to facilitate slickline services
• Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at well sites
• Overseeing the basic maintenance of equipment to assist in preparing the slickline equipment
• Acting as the primary point of contact to the Customer Representative to coordinate operations at the wellsite
• Executing all responsibilities safely to ensure compliance with Managing Base Operations, Well Operations and Equipment and Logistics manuals
• Coaching, developing and mentoring junior members of the team to share knowledge and up-skill your team

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least High School Certificate
• Have at least 10 years relevant experience as Field Specialist
• Show expertise in cased-hole slickline operations
• Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating global teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects
• Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line training
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
• Display a customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needs

• This role is working with our customers on-site in locations in Indonesia. When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working rotation pattern, at the moment is 3 Weeks on / 1 week off; this is subjected to be confirmed by Supervisor.
