We are looking for Field Service Technician to join our Team in Handil, East Kalimantan. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Working and operate on medium to large stationary natural gas equipment: including but not limited to, engines, compressors (reciprocating, screw), pumps, valves, coolers, control panels, generator packages and related machinery.
• Conduct maintenance activities (Preventative and Predictive).
• Perform all aspects of repairs and overhauls within established time guidelines.
• Troubleshoot machinery / equipment malfunctions using high attention to detail and experience to solution the problem.
• Perform installation and commissioning of new packages.
• Supervise the maintenance and installation of packages as required.
• Collaborate with Site Supervisor and Planner on repair strategies to accurately inform customer quotes.
• Support other division (After Market Services) for local and international assignment.
• Support other technicians through information sharing and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain and develop positive professional relationships with existing and potential internal and external customers.
• Participate in internal and external training courses as an opportunity for career growth and development.
• All work is to be performed in a safe manner and in accordance with the company HSE policies.

Requirement of Candidates: 

• Minimum diploma degree, with 2 years field service experience in the oil and gas industry. 
• Valid Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic, Natural Gas Compression, Automotive, or Millwright Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability and willingness to drive long distances.
• Ability to lead, direct, motivate and supervise team members.
• Possess a well-rounded knowledge of engine, generator, and compressor performance and operations; experience with Jenbacher, Waukesha, CAT Engine and ARIEL, Dresser Rand, Superior, Gemini Gas Compressor considered an asset.
• Experience to operate gas compressor package considered an asset.
• Understand basic electrical- instrument control and able use measuring devices for diagnostic problem will require for Electrical ad Instrumentations candidates.
• Possess a knowledge for control panel programming, assembly and upgrading considered an asset.
• Able to communicate, writing and reading in English.  
• Highly motivated and well organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Placement in Handil – East Kalimantan
