Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi F&B MANAGER di tempat usaha PT Taurus Gemilang untuk kota/kab Bali dan sekitarnya.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Oversee the functions of all employees in all
outlets, facilities, sales, and all costs, to ensure maximum departmental
profits can be achieved.

2.      Plan for sales targets and outlet activity
levels, and monitor continuously and consistently the achievement of set
targets.

3.      Review and evaluate the performance of all
outlet operations and take necessary actions to confirm the established
standard operating procedures.

4.      Perform control and analysis functions
optimally for all outlets in relation to:

a.      The level of quality of products and services.

b.      Guest Satisfaction.

c.      Promotion and marketing.

d.      Operating expenses, salaries and other
expenses.

e.      Sanitation and hygiene (hygiene).

5.      Coordinate and supervise the preparation,
presentation and service of the outlet to ensure the highest quality around
the clock.

6.      Recommend, develop, and implement training and
development for outlet operations.

7.      Coordinate with the Operational Manager or
General Manager in the preparation of strategic plans, outlet marketing
plans, and work program objectives.

8.      Coordinate with the Operational Manager or
General Manager regarding the preparation of the outlet menu by considering
factors such as:

a.      Sales proceeds and profits.

b.     Increased Productivity &; Sales

c.      Operational and problems that will arise.

d.     Quality improvement.

e.      Changes in work procedures.

f.      New management policy (if any)

9.      Hold meetings & communication regarding
outlet operations, but not limited to the following:

a.      Make contributions to other departments
related to costs, revenue increase, promotion, etc.

b.      Store and maintain all files and documents
including:

Actual Cost

·       
Potential Costs

10.   Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to
maximize inventory of goods.

11.   Implement daily, weekly and monthly reports of
outlet operations, and ensure to follow up in ragka to achieve maximum
quality and efficiency.

12.   Coordinate the purchase of operational
equipment with the Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, and / or General
Manager.

13.   Conduct direct market research, assess
findings and process information needed to improve service, adjust concepts
and menus to reflect target markets and provide design direction based on
current trends in collaboration with the General Manager

10.   Establish and maintain effective employee
relationships.

11.   Coordinate with personnel and general managers
in performing functions such as interviewing, recruitment, employee
orientation, performance appraisal, counseling and dismissal if necessary to
ensure appropriate productivity.

12.   Periodically evaluate each outlet and staff.

13.   Protection of company assets by ensuring the
highest safety and security measures are built in and maintained.

14.   Perform necessary administrative tasks.

15.   Manage disciplinary issues within the outlet
and seek specialist help if needed.

16.   Maintain and improve excellent levels of
internal and external customer service.

17.   Identify customer needs and respond
proactively to all customer requests and concerns.

18.   Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and
procedures.

19.   Provide two-way communication and maintain an
environment of ownership with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.

20.   Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Persyaratan minimum:

  • Tersedia jam fleksibel
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
