Job Description

• Take orders accurately, serve dishes in proper sequence, and ensure tea and condiments are refilled as per Chinese dining customs.
• Prepare tables before service, ensure proper table settings (e.g., Chopsticks, soup spoons, dipping sauces), and keep the dining area clean at all times.
• Respond to guest needs promptly, provide menu recommendations, and support a warm, respectful, and attentive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at an upscale Chinese restaurant (Hotel background not required).
• Knowledgeable in basic service techniques and sequence of service
• Able to work harmoniously in a fast paced team environment
• Opening experience will be an advantage.
