On behalf one of our respected client in Telecommunication Infrastructure Service industry located at Central Jakarta. We are looking a potential candidate for FAT Senior manager position with details down below:
Job Specification
• Coordinating and developing internal finance & tax auditing processes.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Conducting independent finance & Tax Audits.
• Preparing analysis for departments.
• Conducting investigations on irregularities and errors.
• Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.
• Preparing tax calculation and planning process, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings.
• Review tax filings, including corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns, for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and manage tax audits and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
Requirement :
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with good results from a reputable institute/university majoring in Accounting/Finance.
• Good professional ethics, pay attention to details and be able to actively cooperate to complete departmental work.
• Relevant financial work experience, and the working years are required to be at least 5 years. Experience in construction engineering business is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, proficient in oral and written.
• Have financial professional knowledge: familiar with accounting standards, financial statements, budget planning and other aspects of knowledge.
• A wealth of tax knowledge: able to handle withholding tax, value-added tax calculation, tax payment, tax declaration and other daily tax work scope. Coordinate the annual tax forecast, annual income tax settlement and payment, actively pay attention to the tax refund work, and coordinate the content that needs the cooperation of the financial department in the process, do a good job in risk control, and take various tax inspections seriously.
• Organize and coordinate the annual audit to ensure that the report items are issued on time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
