About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Fashion Designer to help build DUA Label, a new, men’s luxury street fashion brand, inspired by Philipp Plein. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a high-quality fashion label from the ground up, starting with small but meticulously crafted Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) collections and scaling into larger volumes as the brand gains traction.

The ideal candidate has strong design expertise, brand-building experience, and the ability to turn creative visions into market-ready products. You will be responsible for everything from design conceptualization to working with manufacturers to create high-end luxury streetwear.

Key Responsibilities

• Luxury Menswear Design: Create unique, high-quality men’s luxury fashion pieces that align with DUA Label’s aesthetic.

• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop: Design mock-ups and digital renderings of clothing ideas to refine the collection.

• Tech Pack Development: Prepare detailed and precise tech packs for manufacturers, ensuring clarity in design, materials, and construction.

• Prototyping & Manufacturing: Identify, liaise with, and oversee manufacturers in Bali to create samples and refine final product designs.

• Trend Research & Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in luxury menswear and high-end street fashion to maintain relevance and exclusivity.

• Brand Development: Help establish DUA Label’s identity, storytelling, and positioning in the fashion industry.

• Material & Fabric Selection: Source and select premium-quality materials suitable for high-end menswear.

• Scaling Production: Manage the transition from small-batch exclusive collections to larger volume production as demand grows.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven fashion design experience in luxury menswear (fashion school graduate preferred).

• Portfolio showcasing men’s luxury fashion designs and previous work on brand development.

• Experience working with manufacturers and producing prototypes from concept to final product.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for creating unique, multi-layered design ideas quickly.

• Deep understanding of fabric types, cuts, and construction techniques.

• Ability to take initiative and drive a brand’s creative direction while working collaboratively.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for clear communication with team members and manufacturers.

• A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in both design and branding.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to build a standout brand.

2. A one-page CV highlighting relevant experience to what we are looking for, including:

   • Examples of menswear design through to production.

   • Work experience in tech packs and Adobe.

   • Experience with low MOQ production. Bali-based manufacturers preferable.

   • Understanding of brand vision, and a design partner to the company owner.
