In Finance, you’ll shape FAS’s financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation. By combining insight, governance, and agility, you’ll guide decisions that balance opportunity and discipline — ensuring FAS stays strong, competitive, and ready for the future.

As the Head of Finance, you’ll oversee all financial management activities for FAS and its subsidiaries, including accounting, cash management, treasury, tax, cost control, and budgeting. You’ll build and lead a high-performing finance team, develop strategic financial plans that support business growth, and ensure alignment with Blibli Group’s governance and compliance standards. Through strong business partnership and data-driven decision making, you’ll help drive FAS’s mission to deliver speed, reliability, and sustainable performance across Indonesia.

What We’ll Work on Together

  • Lead the end-to-end finance function across FAS and its subsidiaries.
  • Establish annual budgets, financial objectives, and forecasts aligned with strategic plans.
  • Oversee FP&A, cost control, and reporting processes to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Compare projections to actual performance and recommend adjustments to improve profitability.
  • Manage tax planning, compliance, and implementation of good corporate governance principles.
  • Develop financial models and tools to support business growth and scalability.
  • Present monthly financial reports (including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis) to management.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to build strong capability and ownership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including significant expertise in FP&A.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior partners.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/financial modeling.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, tax management, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and discipline.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • (Preferred) Professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, CIMA).
  • (Bonus) Experience in digital, logistics, or e-commerce industries; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools
