Description

• Execute company policies and targets in areas including manufacturing techniques, sourcing, cost reduction, quality assurance, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and plant performance metrics.
• Oversee the construction and budget of a new facility.
• Source, recruit, and cultivate a high-performing management team by providing leadership and fostering employee engagement.
• Establish and implement quality management systems adhering to ISO 13485, in compliance with ISO 14001 and BSCI standards.
• Collaborate with the headquarters to deploy an ERP system, encompassing all business processes of the local entity.
• Develop manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation for various projects.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers.
• Optimise logistic and warehousing processes, including warehouse management systems, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and manage budgets, plans, and profitability.
• Coordinate plant activities by collaborating with departmental managers to achieve manufacturing objectives efficiently.

Profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent in English and Bahasa)
• Proficient in working autonomously and as a team leader.
