As a Factory Administration Manager, your role would involve overseeing administrative functions within the factory.

Key Role and Responsibility

• Managing office administration operations.
• Managing security operations.
• Managing office repair and maintenance.
• Managing office support activities and facilities such as Dormitory, Canteen, Driver, Cleaning, Meeting Room, Fix Asset, etc.
• Managing licence and factory permit.
• Coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
• Managing office support staff, and budgeting for administrative activities.
  Managing office supplies and equipment.
• Overseeing communication within the factory and external parties.
• Responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that administrative processes support overall operational goals.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Skills, Abilities and Characteristics

• Experienced in managing factories owned by foreign or western companies in Indonesia.
• Solid experience in manufacturing operations especially in consumer goods made of plastics and stainless steel.
• Proven experience in leading, motivating, managing and coordinating with employees at all levels.
• Results driven with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and targets.
• Hands-on experienced in implementing continuous improvement programs and utilizing Six Sigma tools, methodologies and related continuous improvement tools, in similar manufacturing environment, which includes analyzing, organizing and leading managers in implementing a continuous improvement program at a facility, will be considered as strong advantage.
• A dynamic person with personal initiative, team player and exceptional leadership skills.
• People oriented with strong people focused values.
• An energetic self-starter who thrives on building and changing an organization.
• Effective communication skills with the capacity to succinctly convey ideas, primarily in English (basic Chinese as secondary language an advantage).
• Ability to use good verbal and written communication skills to interact, inspire and collaborate effectively with staff and team members at all levels at this facility in Bahasa and English with our foreign staff of all levels also (ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a big advantage).

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in the same position with foreign factory.
• Fluent English, Chinese speaking is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are vital for this role.
