JOB OVERVIEW:

• Planning, monitoring and improving the trial process and result to meet the requirements and conditions of mass production
• Lead and manage mold assembly, repairing and maintenance functions to ensure smooth and efficient product manufacturing process

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES :

• Plan and define strategies in order to achieve department Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Provide technical development and technical support and solutions to the chemical factory from trial until mass production
• Develop production teams technical capability by setting standard, analyzing root causes, identifying solutions, providing training and driving continuous improvement
• Make improvements in order to reduce the defect rate and high productivity without technical issue during the trial and mass production stage
• Assure the new model trial plan, process and schedule meet all the requirements
• Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the team to raise the bar for achieving excellent performance
• Cooperate with PTC-Tooling Engineering to ensure new model trial: schedule management, feedback mold trail trial issue and solution provider, on time and accurate material preparation on time product delivery.
• Act as the lead in cooperate with PTC and Quality team to ensure mold maintenance, trial and mold warehouse management, salve and report any quality issues or problems related to mold and trial management
• Ensure mold management process, quantity, quality meet production scheduling need and customer standard
• Lead project or programs assigned by production lead and facility GM in the fields of production technical improvement, efficiency optimization, process optimization, ramp-up programs, facility expansion programs, etc
• Key contact with the customer and Chingluh Group in handling production related issues and tasks
• Follow company program
• Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including to ensure work tools accordance standard), energy, quality and environment programs to ensure implement company management system runs smoothly.
• Identify, report and review related OHS (work accident. Audit OHS and improvement), energy, quality and environment management system to ensure and improve company management system.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Minimum 18 Years Old

• Work Experience

Relevant work experience: 10 years of work experience in Footwear Chemical Factory, either in production or in technical team.

• Knowledge’s of

1. FDPA, PEAC, Trial process, etc.
2. Trial process a new shoe model and Bottom Production Process
3. Buyer mold manufacturing standards or best practice

• Skill’s of

1. Mold development and manufacturing process
2. Mold assembly or fitting and maintenance best practices.
3. Influencing skills and ability to make factory based decision.
