Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering 
• Experience in Data Centre operation. 
• Familiar with critical facilities including Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset … etc. 
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in which 4 years in Data Centre operation / Telecommunications industry. 
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands 
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS excel and power point. 
• Demonstrated experience in client reporting and preparation of reports required. 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa 

Responsibilities:

• To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to HDI staff in support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels, and Key Performance Indicator requirements as per SOW. 
• Manage and report detailed facilities related accounting / Operational data; Provide timely and accurate reports to Finance and GRE. 
• Manage Site related Health, Safety and Environment Management.
• Manage the day-to-day operations at IEC Facility. 
• Manage all supplier relationships.
• Liaise with relevant Government Authorities as required.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly and Weekly management reports on Facility management activities.
• Ensure all staff are effectively trained on all facilities policies and procedures. 
• Managing all technical service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery.
• Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation.
• Assisting with the preparations of strategic plans, budgets, and client reports, including financial reconciliation for service contract accounts. 
• Prepare and manage capital forecast for equipment maintenance and replacement.
• Effectively manage all Annual Maintenance Contracts. 
• Co-ordinate with Building Managers & the Business Units on Project issues.
• Develop and implement innovative programmes.
• Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
• Liase with Building team to ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.
• Implement and manage an audit programme to ensure the exposure to risk is minimised and Process control is tracked on regular intervals.
