What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Responsible for the facilitation, education, implementation, and review administrative routines and working methods.
• Partner with Store Facility Management Team to help analyze, create, or influence change if necessary; focus on making routines simple and translating the business effects into simple language.
• Partner with Store Operations/Facility Managers to influence and support overall positive working environment to include actions to secure operational efficiency and a positive shopping experience for visitors.
• Ensure all departments implement and adhere to new working methods/routines or changes to existing methods/routines in a way that reflects the IKEA Business Idea and our values.
• Ensure store contracts, operating and business licenses, and all required documentation are kept current, and liaise with procurement and legal as required to remain compliant with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and all IKEA operating guidelines.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, usage data, saving data, etc.).
• Prepare cost analyses and building professional and long-term relationship through IKEA way of doing business, based on a shared business model, trust and transparency.

• Strong interpersonal, communications, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills utilizing a highly developed service focus.
• Experience in detecting efficiency opportunities and applying solutions to decrease costs without compromising company values, standards, while maintaining compliance with Local legislation.
• Strong decision-making skills resulting in the ability to influence and take actions.
• Excellent computer skills (e.g., Ms. Excel) and numerical skills.
• Ability to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying good attention to detail.
• Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
