Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Facility Engineer (Building & Utility) di kantor PT Lami Packaging Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Manufaktur & Pemeliharaan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Coordinate facility and plant infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted daily plant operations. Control all infrastructures related directly to factory, including building facility, roofs, building performance, and other related facilities. Make infrastructure maintenance program and conduct it accordingly. Ensure all old and new facilities is in good condition and well maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Assist Maintenance Manager in overseeing the day-to-day facility and infrastructure operation. She/he will also have a close interaction with Production, Warehouse, QA team, and General Affairs
Maintain plant facilities and infrastructure, conduct routine maintenance and monitoring (check list maintenance) on a daily basis to facilities, i.e: Building, plumbing, STP, parking area and greenery (for Building Facility Engineer) and i.e: HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Hydrant System, Fire Sprinkler, Air Compressor and WWTP (for Utility Facility Engineer)
Cater any job order requesting for technical repair throughout the factory (mechanical, electrical, or infrastructure)
Follow up routinely on-going job order request or those which has been completed
Perform tasks related to infrastructure maintenance program as agreed schedule, or as set by supervisor
Control and maintain infrastructure routinely and periodically, also ensure the facility is in good & safe condition
Conduct improvement individually or use subcontractor by supplier periodically, to achieve standardized result & quality
Perform planned project or emergency project as necessary
Monitor vendor / supplier’s work from the beginning until the end of the task, to prevent fatal failure
Discontinue the job worked by vendor / supplier if failure happens which deviate from agreed plan, and report it to direct supervisor
Understand and follow regulation in Lami Packaging related to safety and quality

Requirements:

Minimum holds a Diploma degree in Civil Engineering (for Building Facility Engineer), Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (for Utility Facility Engineer) or any related discipline
Having 3 years of experience in the relevant position
Computer literate (Windows, Power Point, Excel)
Good English communication
Able to work independently, as well as a team
