Work Dynamics – Integrated Facilities Management

• Provide direction and leadership of the site operations teams, including effective hiring, motivation, development, training and discipline of the site operation and maintenance organization.
• Monitor workload resources against KPI and budget constraints whilst ensuring up time
• Initiate and manage site reviews, including maintenance standards, equipment replacement, security, change control, single points of failure, Tier adherence and operational risk
• Ensure delivery of planned and reactive activities, utilizing the CMMS platform within financial operating targets
• To perform additional tasks as required by the Data Centre Facility Manager
• Provides advice and consultation to operate the client’s facilities with regard to facilities engineering matters
• Overall responsibility for all site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements
• Monitor, measure and report upon the performance of all specialist contractors in terms of their ability to carry out the work against the agreed contractual budget
• Coordinate meetings periodically with contractors, specialist vendors and suppliers to ensure that required standards are established and maintained, and develop corrective action plans when, or if performance falls below expectations
• Ensure that maintenance documentation meets the required standards and sufficient information is provided to operate an effective asset management regiment
• Assist/support the client with statutory compliance requirements/certifications for the site
• Ensure asset information is maintained and changes updated within the CMMS
• Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures

Requirements

• Minimum S1 and/or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years experience in facilities management at a data centre.
• A Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) Certified Data Center and/or Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM)
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
