  • Working with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure the implementation of all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Acknowledging all client inquiries and efficiently collecting and processing work orders.
  • Collecting and analyzing information reports to monitor performance and progress status.
  • Maintaining accurate files of work orders, proposals, department files, and vendor submissions.
  • Monitoring activities outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
  • Following instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and asking clarifying questions as needed.
  • Responding to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Solve straightforward problems by utilizing existing procedures.
  • Work within established processes and guidelines with clear instructions and tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality output under close supervision and guidance.

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • A solid understanding of basic work routines and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
