Facilities Coordinator, Operations

Work Dynamics – Integrated Facilities Management (Jakarta)

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring permit forms are available and completed (i.e Permit to Work, Safe Work Method Statement / Job Safety Analysis,
  • Coordinate with all related parties and BMO to ensure all working permits are raised into the system and submitted to BMO.
  • Liaise and work closely with vendor partners to monitor their service and performance onsite.
  • Responsible for managing asset repair & maintenance schedules are in place and the status is updated into the tracker and system.
  • Assist on EHS related program (i.e risk register, incident escalation into the system, maintaining safety equipments and safety program)
  • Assist on Sustainability related program (i.e utility update on the system, waste program management)

Requirements 

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree any field
  • Able to speak English is mandatory
  • Have some technical knowledge / background
  • Experience in managing hard services 
  • Good communication skill
