About the role

In this role, you will:

• Act as Super-User. To administer and manage the Felix Source-to-Contract supplier on-boarding platform, perform third party risk assessments through Bureau van Dijk software (BvD) and co-ordinate Pronto/JDE supplier set up requests. Provide support to suppliers with on boarding through the Felix portal.
• Data Management. To extract, analyse and produce spend data through the Procurement Power Bi tool including but not limited to sustainability reporting, indigenous and/or local spend. Includes reporting of the Procurement Dept. KPI’s.
• Liaise with Accounts payable. Verify with AP as required where banking details have changed with a supplier as notified through Felix in-box.  Invite suppliers to register as requested by AP to verify bank details.
• Liaise with Legal Compliance. Assist to resolve any unexpected answers relating to compliance questionnaire as completed through Felix

About you

• Bachelor Degree in related major
• Some commercial experience
• Experience in Procurement and Compliance as necessary to achieve the confidence and rapport in dealing with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Good English communication skill
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Industry knowledge – current practices and standards (Australia)
• Good communication skills – able to interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Time management, ability to complete tasks on time
