About the role

As the Export Sales Manager AFRICA , you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities across the African continent. 

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the company’s ongoing growth and expansion in the region.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets for Africa
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors in Africa
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region
  • Negotiating sales contracts and managing account relationships
  • Providing market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer orders
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the paper or packaging industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the African market
  • Fluency in English 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Africa
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, international trade)
