JOB SUMMARY: 

• Submit Import License of Iron and Steel Product to Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Trade
• Access systems: INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, OSS
• Proficient in Import and Export Procedures
• Liaise with Forwarders
• Coordinate with Overseas Suppliers
• Arrange inspection bookings
• Utilize CEISA system
• Generate Certificates of Origin (COO)
• Monthly reporting to Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Industry
• Familiar with PIB, PEB, Notul, B/L
• Knowledgeable about HS Code, Lartas, Tax, COO
• Manage and oversee air and sea shipments from Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
• Active monitoring of import quotas
• Understanding of controlling price invoices
• Booking shipments using courier services

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree Language: English communication skills or higher Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an EXIM SPV
• Possession of a driver’s license (Type A); holding a PPJK license is advantageous
• Willingness to be based in Karawang
• Proficient in Steel licensing processes
• Strong existing relationships with the Ministries of Trade and Industry
• Willing to work in Karawang
