PT. New Specialife Industries is seeking an experienced Export Import Staff to join our team in Semarang, Central Java on a contract basis (Permanent Option after contract). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s export and import operations, ensuring seamless logistics and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Description :

• Coordinate and facilitate the export and import of goods, managing all necessary documentation and liaising with customs authorities, shipping companies, and other stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to international trade

• Prepare and process export and import declarations, permits, and other required paperwork

• Liaise with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to optimize the flow of goods and materials

• Identifying areas for improvement in the export and import processes

• Provide guidance on export and import procedures

• Assisting in the implementation of administrative processes for the HRD and GA departments

• Performing duties as a receptionist when needed at the office

Qualification :

• Experience (1+ year) in an export and import role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry

• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements

• Proficient in using relevant software and systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy
