Job Description:

Control the level of production costs to achieve targets, as well as encourage the implementation of locked cost reduction projects.
Reducing material costs: implementing cost reduction projects especially such as production processes, procurement, and design cost reduction.
Reduce NG products, control and analyze waste production.
Location management: NG product management, energy management, NG product warehouse management and monthly inventory management.
Encourage human resource management as well as control and analyze the salaries of direct and indirect workers.
Control and analyze direct and indirect materials.
Encourage energy management as well as control and analyze fuel and electricity costs, rental costs, maintenance and consumption.
Control and analyze improvement costs such as testing, design, development.
Submit and control budget costs in GEMS.

Requirement:

Bachelor of any major (Preferred Economics or Industrial Engineering).
Must have proficiency in financial planning.
Has an experience in handling manufacture cost (labor cost, material cost, NG cost).
Has a good analytical thinking, problem solving skills and Leadership.
Can operate Ms. Office as well.
Have a good communication with Indonesia or English language.
Willing to work at EJIP – Cikarang.
