Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Leads:

Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.

Build Customer Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate actions to achieve goals.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Customer Service and Support:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.

Strong sales skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for achieving sales results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
