Your Responsibilities

• Operational Execution: Daily tasks across finance, HR, suppliers, e-commerce platforms, research, reporting.

• Project Management: Own task tracking, ensure deadlines are met, and keep teams accountable.

• Data Support: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decisions.

• CEO Shadowing: Prepare meeting briefs, track follow-ups, enforce next steps.

• System Building: Turn chaos into structure by helping set up processes.
